We had an unforgettable stay for our family of five, including our two dogs. The apartment was well-equipped and offered stunning views of the marina. It was just 500m to the heart of Picton, perfect for accessing local activities and exploring the area.
My kids wished there were better options for family activities on-site.

The awesome views of the harbor from our Two Bedroom Apartment were amazing! However, the carpet was desperate for replacement and breakfast was quite disappointing. Overall, a beautiful spot but needs a bit of TLC. 🌅

6/10
The view from our room was downright breathtaking, real postcard stuff. Staff were super friendly too, helpful as can be. But, the carpet had seen better days, and the Wi-Fi was slower than molasses. Didn’t exactly set my heart on fire, but the sunrise made up for a lot.

Beautiful views from the top!
The sunrise view from my room was absolutely stunning! Enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony while taking it all in. The staff were super friendly and even recommended a great local spot for some massages. On the downside, the elevator was a bit cramped. But seriously, don't skip on the in-room breakfast, it was delicious!

We really enjoyed our one night stay in a Standard Double Room. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, but that didn’t take away from our fun! 😊

Ideal for Groups on a Budget
The cleaning staff did a great job making sure everything was spotless. Honestly, the bed was super comfortable, and the parking was so accessible, which was perfect for us!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

The Standard Double Room was decent, but nothing to write home about. The carpet had some stains that were a bit off-putting. On the plus side, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we loved the view from the window. The staff were nice, and it was great to have plenty of parking. If they could fix the cleanliness issues, it’d be perfect for a short stay.

missingWrote a review on 31 Maroutdoor swimming poolhelpful staffabsence of lift
Had an unforgettable stay with friends at this beautiful hotel. We enjoyed a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and explored the lovely foreshore just 500m away. The staff were cheery and helpful, which made our experience even better. It’s perfect for families or groups, providing everything you need for a great stay.
However, the hotel lacks a lift, which made carrying luggage to higher floors a bit challenging, especially for older guests.
